I can't think of another conference that I've attended where so many people from all over the world
For me, the O&M Symposium was a great opportunity to see and hear presenters from our field whose names are in our textbooks and whose expertise we read on list serves. It was really fun to put a face and voice with those big names in O&M and learn so many great things from them "in person". I can't think of another conference that I've attended where so many people from all over the world could present in the same weekend!

I love this format. It gives me a legitimate option to get a whole extra conference in a year, considering attending one in-person conference a year is all I can swing.
